Returning Citizens

These services are designed to empower returning citizens, helping them gain skills and resources to succeed in their new lives by providing a range of services to support and help them transition from prison or jail to a productive life in the community. 

These services include:

Job training and resume assistance: Tailored services to help individuals with  criminal records gain skills and find meaningful employment.   

Halfway houses & work-release programs: Support for individuals who are released from prison, jail and/or are still awaiting trial.

Treatment referrals: Linkages to programs that provide varying levels of treatment and support for individuals.

Family supports and dispute resolution: Services to help individuals rebuild their lives and re-enter their communities.
